This is the Aluminum Air Filter Cover pre Buffed and finnished

The Bronze points cover with a beer bottle opener.

Before all of the sprue's and vents are all cut off

After the bronze has cooled you have to chip away all the mold

The Foundry Pour

Here is the wax mold being dipped in slurry then sprinkled with a special sand

Here are the slurry and sand covered pieces being burned out.

Silver Leafing

We did some silver leafing on a tank for a build we are almost finished with. Turned out pretty rad. Wait till you see it on the bike!!!
